Carte Blanche was the gourmet food cart that briefly operated at Tom Nevers Field on Nantucket before relocating to Logan International Airport in Boston.

Carte Blanche was a new gourmet food cart that set up shop in Tom Nevers Field on Nantucket and began immediately pulling customers from Helen's lunch counter. Despite Helen trying out a variety of gimmicks to lure them back (including decorating the lunch counter as a 50s-style diner and as a southwestern cantina) she continued to lose customers. However, the owner of Carte Blanche eventually moved her business to Boston because she needed more volume to be successful (Too Beautiful for You).
