The Cochran House located at 205 Elm Street on Nantucket was the home of Fay Cochran.
History[]
The Cochran house was was a single story three bedroom house located at 205 Elm Street on Nantucket.
In Sleepless in Nantucket, Fay reveals that when her first husband died, Fay turned his den into her sewing room. Then when she remarried, her second husband turned her sewing room into his den, and finally when she remarried again, her third husband turn the den back into a sewing room.
In early 1990 (or very late 1989), George died at home in his easychair while watching TV.
On Christmas Day, 1990, Joe, Brian, Helen, Lowell, and Roy showed up at Fay's home expecting a party, but found Fay sitting alone in the dark, mourning her late husband.
In early 1991, Brian stayed with Fay while his house was being fumigated. After watching a TV about fugitives, Brian became convinced that Fay was the serial killer Florence Chambers.
