Dee Dee Chapel was a fictional character from the "Wings" TV-series. She was played by famous stage and screen actress Debbie Reynolds.

Dee Dee Chapel is a former Nantucket resident who moved back to Texas. Not much is known about her past or just what "Dee Dee" is short for. She is the wife of Phil Chapel, who ran the local airport lunch counter, and the mother of Helen Chapel, Casey Chapel and Lorraine Chapel. She was also fond of Joe Hackett and Brian Hackett, who were friends of Helen. It has been implied she might have favored Casey more than Helen as children. She also had a reputation of being a very good cook, often making huge meals with too much food.

- The existence of Lorraine Chapel is still in dispute. Although mentioned earlier in the series, she isn't mentioned or acknowledged during Dee Dee's appearance.
