Erica was a bank teller from Nantucket and Brian's date to the 1995 Hackett Christmas Party. She was played by Suanne Braun.

Erica was a bank teller at Brian's bank. After months of interacting with her through the thick glass at the bank, Brian asked her to be his date at Helen's Christmas party. When she arrive, Brian was shocked by her terrible breath. When Budd untactfully commented on Erica's terrible breath, she was offended and demanded Brian do something. When he did nothing, she prepared to leave in a huff but was stopped by Helen. Sometime while the party was going on downstairs, Casey and Brian had sex upstairs. WhWhen this was revealed, it was the last straw for Erica ('Twas the Heist Before Christmas),
