Felix is a fictional character in the TV-series, "Wings" He was played by Kirby Tepper.
Bio[]
Felix (last name unknown) was a contractor hired by Joe and Helen. After failures with Y.M. Burg and Larry Mohr, Joe and Helen finally found Felix and hired him as their contractor to build their home. However, Felix oversaw several disasters at the construction site including a sinkhole and a burst water main. When Joe and Helen's trying to sell their empty lot, Felix made a last minute wait offer wanting to use the land to slowly build his on home (Grouses, Houses, and Bickering Spouses).
