Gavin Rutledge was real estate developer visiting Nantucket who briefly employed Antonio and dated Casey. He was played by actor Jonathan Frakes.

Gavin Rutledge was a wealthy, married real estate developer visiting Nantucket for a work for a week. He hired Antonio to act as his personal valet and assistant while on the island. He was immediately taken with Casey and started dating her while he stayed on Nantucket (all the while hiding that he was married). Antonio was already not enthusiastic about Gavin dating Casey and after he learned that Gavin was married, he was unable to keep quiet. Before Casey was about to go with Gavin to his hotel room, Antonio blurted out that Gavin was married. Casey immediately dumped him and Gavin fired fired Antonio on the spot without paying him (All's Fare).
