The Hackett-Chapel House was a two-story three bedroom home and the residence of Joe and Helen Hackett. The house was located on the oceanfront and came equipped with a hot tub and sundeck that extends the whole length of the house (Grouses, Houses, and Bickering Spouses).
History[]
While celebrating moving into their own house, Joe and Helen with sex, an unattended lit cigar starts a fire burning Brian's home to the ground (Grouses, Houses, and Bickering Spouses). As a result, Brian and Casey were allowed to move-in to the new house with Joe and Helen.

Trivia[]
- During its first appearance in Grouses, Houses, and Bickering Spouses, the living had a fireplace with blue tiling and wood finish that was removed in later appearance. Presumably this was a remodel done by Joe and Helen shortly before moving-in (Porno for Pyros).
- Joe and Helen's bedroom was seen for the first time in Let's Talk About Sex.
- The attic was first seen in Final Approach (Part 1).
