"Isn't It Romantic?" was a popular song composed by Richard Rodgers with lyrics by Lorenz Hart in 1932. "Isn't It Romantic?" was featured in several episodes of Wings and was considered Joe and Helen's song.

At Walter and Ramona's wedding, Alex and Lowell slowed danced to "Isn't It Romantic?" near the end of the night.
As part of his surprise engagement party for Helen, Davis Lynch hired two violist to play "Isn't It Romantic?" for her is his apartment (Lynch Party).
After Casey unexpected arrival ruined Joe's original plans for giving Helen an engagement ring, Joe plotted with Brian to distract Casey so he could have a moment alone with Helen. The plan was to have Brian ask Casey to dance with "Isn't Romantic?" was play at the restaurant. Unfortunately the plan was ruined when Brian and Casey returned to the table too quickly because Brian stepped on Casey's foot when the band leader asked him about his break up with Alex (Twisted Sister).

In The Love Life and Times of Joe and Helen, "Isn't It Romantic?" is played during the closing credits over a montage of scenes of Joe and Helen fighting.
High on the excitement of receiving a large insurance check, Helen impulsively made several purchases including an electronic player piano that played "Isn't It Romantic?" (She's Gotta Have It).
Joe briefly sings "Isn't It Romantic?" to poke fun at Helen for being so excited about Russell's Valentine's Day proposal when it was revealed that he had never actually spoken to the woman he was asking to marry him (Fay There, Georgy Girl).
