Kim Johnston Ulrich is an American actress possibly best known for her appearances in the daytime drama "As The World Turns" and recurring appearance in 80s and 90s TV.
Not much is known about her life and career. Born Kim Charisse Johnston in Ripon, California, the daughter of a nurse, she first appeared in an uncredited role in the 1986 movie, "Zelig,"
later playing the role of Diana McColl on "As the World Turns" from 1983 to 1986.
In her career, she has appeared in the TV series "Remington Steele," "Hunter," "The A-Team," "Valerie," "St. Elsewhere" and Cinderella in an episode of "The Charmings." She played recurring roles in "Werewolf" and "My Two Dads" before landing a starring role in the short-lived series "Nightingales." In the 90s, she starred in "Monsters," "Wings," "Jake and the Fat Man," "Dallas," "Matlock" and "Who's The Boss" before landing a starring in the short-lived series "Reasonable Doubts."
Later TV roles included the shows "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman," "Walker, Texas Ranger," "Murder, She Wrote," "Renegade," "Highlander" and "Diagnosis Muder."
In 1999, she returned to daytime in the drama "Passions" from 1999 to 2008. In 2010 and 2011, she had a recurring role in the series, "Supernatural." She also had roles in the series "NCIS," "The Mentalist," "Drop Dead Diva" "Castle" and "The Rookie."
She has been married since 1981 to casting director Robert J. Ulrich. They have two children, Cooper and Tierney.
