- Buy-Rite Drugstore - Store where Cindy McGrath worked as the cosmetics girl (There Once Was A Girl From Nantucket).

- Captain Andy's - Seafood restaurant visited by Norm Peterson and Cliff Clavin during their visit to Nantucket in The Story of Joe.
- Captain Willie's Clam and Brew - Low class restaurant that Lowell loves (Labor Pains).
- Casa Kielbasa - One of Roy's favorite restaurants (Fools Russian).

- Commonwealth Car Rental - Located between Aeromass Air and The Lunch Counter.
- Cranberry Bog - Popular tourist site.

- Fat Tony's Meatball House - Restaurant Roy Biggins frequents where he once won a free hoagie (Sleepless in Nantucket).

- The Flower Basket - Floral store located on Cliff Road (All in the Family).

- Gibbs Pond - Small body of water where the Hacketts would swim when they were younger and the site of the "You're Rich" photograph (Legacy).

- Hamburger Howie's - Fast food restaurant that Dave Gardner frequents. They serve a fried onion brick and the "Dave's Double Delight", 20 ounces of ground chuck in a cheese log served with a side of fries (The Gift of Life).
- Hanley's Jewelry Store - Antonio witnessed Frederick Watts robbing this store (What the Cabbie Saw).
- Harbor Bar
- Harbor House - Inn where Jerry Stark stayed while on visiting Nantucket (A Stand Up Kind of Guy). Bunny stayed here while visiting Nantucket in December, 1993 (Happy Holidays).
- Henley's Department Store - Store where Casey was employed at a perfume spritzer (Ms. Write). Casey help to get Antonio there as a stock boy, but he was quickly promoted to assistant director of personnel (Dream Girl).
- Hickey's - Hottest single bar on the island according to Antonio (All About Christmas Eve).

- Just Washed Inn - Sleazy motel located at the wharf. In House of Blues, Antonio stayed here after being kicked out by Brian and Casey.

- King Arthur Bar & Grill - Thematic restaurant Alex Lambert works at in the off-season (Moonlighting).
- Kingsbury Point - Makeout spot for local teens. Helen had her first kiss here and Joe lost his virginity here (Death Becomes Him).
- Knight & Castle - Gay nightclub discovered by Lowell Mather (All in the Family).

- Left Bank Cafe - A restaurant with lovely paintings that Helen suggests to Roy to take his new finance Anya, but Roy considers an "artsy fartsy place" (Fools Russian).
- Leo Sludge and Septic - funded and later withdrew funding from "The Phantom of the Oprah" (The Gift (Part 1)).
- Lexington's - Upscale restaurant where Joe planned to give Helen an engagement ring (Twisted Sister).
- Lighthouse - Popular tourist site (When a Man Loves a Donut).
- The Lobster Bucket - Restaurant closed down by Pam Chase due to health code violations including grease in their air vents, a little mildew under the sink, and one cockroach in their crowder (Terminal Jealousy).

- Marcia's Boutique - A fashionable store where Helen got new earrings and gossiped about Alex posing in Playboy Magazine in college. Marcia's husband owned a failing hardware store around the same time that Marcia's began selling high-end jewelry that looked like nuts and bolts (I've Got A Secret).

- Nantucket City Dump - Lowell comes here to shoot rats (Oh, Give Me a Home Where the Mathers Don't Roam).

- Ollie's Drug - Local drug store where Sandpiper Air gets their faxes sent (Wingless (Part 1)).

- Pilgrim Rent-A-Car - Located between Aeromass Air and Helen's Lunch Counter.
- Pilgrim's Park - Only serious place for a runner to workout on the island. While searching for Ariel Reed, Antonio and Joe staked out the park (The Lady Vanishes).

- Statue of Herman Melville - Monument accidently destroyed by Antonio when all four of his tires blew out (Grouses, Houses, and Bickering Spouses).
