Andy and May were a young gullible couple moving to Nantucket and in search of a plot of land to build a home and raise their family. After being bilked out of some of the money already, Andy and May were interested in purchasing Joe and Helen empty lot. Although they were prepare to cut them a check, Helen's conscience got the best of her and she hurried them out of Joe's office (Grouses, Houses, and Bickering Spouses).
