During the Clayton Industries' quarterly progress report board meeting, Mike Edwards reported that despite setbacks such as labor disputes, an import embargo, and the earthquake that destroyed the manufacturing plant in in the Far East, the electronics division was able to return a 9% profit. However, because their projects were originally 12%, Mr. Clayton yelled at Edwards in front of the entire board meeting (an trait called the "Big Ugly") even though Edwards was his uncle (Wingless (Part 3)).
