The Nantucket Spring Quartet was the premiere classical musical group on Nantucket.
History[]
Founded by Winston Catlow, the Nantucket Spring Quartet was Nantucket's premiere classical musical group (The Gift: Part 1). However, after attending a concert performance in a dress shirt and bicycle shorts, Catlow was voted out of the Nantucket String Quartet. But as auditions were being held, Catlow vowed that without him there would be no quartet. Helen was eventually offered his spot and during her first concert with the quartet, Catlow interrupted the dressed as The Phantom of the Oprah. Spangler was so upset that he disbanded the quartet completely (The Gift: Part 2).
