Nina Todd was part of the famous mother-daughter country music singing duet called The Todds along with her daughter Tammy Todd. Preparing for their three month tour, they chartered Sandpiper Air to fly them. However, on the plane she began arguing with her daughter about her comments on her drinking and promiscuity. The verbal argument escalated to a physical altercation when Tammy decided to break up the band. When Joe tried to intervene, Tammy began beating him up (Wingless (Part 2)).
