Peggy McCloskey was an ordinary housewife with paranormal powers she could neither explain nor control. When Sandpiper's plane went missing under Brian's watch, Lowell recruited Mrs. McCloskey to help located it, however, she was not very successful (My Brother's Back and There's Going to Be Trouble).
