Prince Restivon was the ruling prince of Khirinan, a small (fictitious) island nation located somewhere in eastern Europe (A Tale of Two Sister Cities).
When Nantucket was hosting a the sister city ceremony between itself and Khirinan, Prince Restivon and Princess Fala both planned on attending in person, but his wife arrived a day earlier. During the sister city ceremony, after rescuing the Prince from Roy, Casey recruited Helen to dance with the Prince to distract him from Brian dancing with the Princess. Unfortunately, when Joe jealousy interrupted their dancing, the Prince noticed Brian and the Princess kissing on the dance floor, which was seemingly one of the reasons that Khirinan and Nantucket did not become sister cities (A Tale of Two Sister Cities).
