Shawn Palmer was a med school student who dated Casey. He was played by Christopher Wiehl.
Bio[]
After working hard to get in, Shawn attended medical school in or near Boston (Oedipus Wrecks).
While on vacation with his mother on Nantucket to meet her boyfriend, Brian, Shawn met Casey and started dating her. Believing she was only 24, Shawn seemed to accelerate his relationship with Casey very quickly despite the fact that she was roommates with his mom's boyfriend. Shawn and Casey even planned to "bum around" South America while Shawn took a year off of med school. Unhappy with his decision and misenchanted with Brian, his mother dumped Brian and offered to buy him a car if he dumped Casey and stayed in med school, an offer that he quickly accepted (Oedipus Wrecks).
