    Joe Hackett - ""Everything"."
Helen Hackett - "Yep. That about sums 'er up."

  • Casey Chapel - "No, no. You have to take me out for a nice dinner. And that means ordering from a waiter, not talking into the face of a clown."

  • Roy Biggins - "Trying to squeeze a little money out of your insurance company, huh? Well, I got a little shortcut you might be interest in. Feast your eyes on these babies."
Joe Hackett - "What are these?"
Roy Biggins - "Receipts. Some people collect stamps, some do needle point, I counterfeit my own receipts. This one is for a video camera. Notice the craftsmanship, the subtle aging around the edges. I do my own distressing. So, what do you want, I got walkmans, I got watchmans, I got discmans, I got washers, I got dryers."
Joe Hackett - "You got big screens?"
Roy Biggins - "I got big screens. I got Mitsubishi, I got Toshiba."
Joe Hackett - "Sony? I need Sony"
Roy Biggins - "Sony, I got!"

  • Fay Cochran - "Edna call and said she had the most wonderfully romantic evening last night. My goodness, what did you two do?"
Antonio Scarpacci - "We heated up leftovers and then she watched while I paid bills."
Fay Cochran - "Well, I've heard of low maintenance girlfriends, but wow."

  • Fay Cochran - "I know the feeling. I got a beaut when each of my Georges died. Of course, nothing could make up for the loss, but all those zeros sure take the edge off."

  • Fay Cochran - "Oooh, yes. She's on the initial high you get when you receive a hefty settlement. When I got my first one I ran right out and bought a mink coat. Of course, I had to hock it a week later when I found out George hadn't paid taxes since 1963! [Directing her voice to the ground] Hot enough for you down there George?!"

  • Joe Hackett - "Tell me why you're buying all this stuff."
    Helen Hackett - "Because."
    Joe Hackett - "Because why?"
Helen Hackett - "Because...Because...I need some stuff."
Joe Hackett - "Why do you need stuff?"
Helen Hackett - "Because, I don't know. Because all my stuff was destroyed in the fire. My house and my belongings and my whole life."
Joe Hackett - "What do you mean your life, we have a life."
Helen Hackett - "That's, that's Helen Hackett. I lost Helen Chapel in the fire. My journals, and my photo albums, and the blanket that my mom brought me home from the hospital in, and that little charm bracelet that I was going to give to our daughter someday. All that stuffs gone Joe, I don't have any of that left."

  • Peter Tork - "Hey, thanks for letting me have the Monkeemobile."
Helen Hackett - "Sure. Enjoy it. I just hope you're as big a fan as I am."

Trivia[]

  • Antonio decides that he is going to try to get back together with Edna (The Big Faced Girl).
    • Given that Edna breaks up with Antonio at the start of the previous episode, it is likely that these two episodes aired out of order.
  • Casey reveals that she doesn't like Disneyland because she recently had a recovered memory about Jiminy Cricket.
  • Fay says that when she got her first life insurance check following the death of husband, she went out and bought a new mink coat, which she had to sell a week later because George had not paid taxes since 1963. However, in Fay There, Georgy Girl, Fay states that her first husband died in 1959.
    • This is possibly a continuity error, or Fay misspoke/misremembered and was actually referring to her second or third husband as there is precedence for her confusing details about her Georges.
  • Helen's auction number is 32.
  • Item's at the New York Rock 'n Roll auction include:
    • Elton John's silver lamet platform shoes
    • Meatloaf's treadmill
    • The Monkeemobile
      • During the auction for this item, the auctioneer refers Monkees songs including "The Monkees (song)", "Daydream Believer", and "Last Train to Clarksville".
    • The Partridge Family bus
    • Mick Jagger's leather jacket from the Sticky Fingers Tour.
  • Joe admits to once having a Monkees lunchbox.
  • Peter Tork mentioning being in a recent pizza commercial. The commercial was for Pizza Hut's Stuffed Crust Pizza and also starred Ringo Starr (from The Beatles) along with Micky Dolenz and Davy Jones (from The Monkees).
  • Despite claiming to be a big fan of the Monkees, Helen doesn't recognize Peter Tork.
  • This episode is currently unavailable for streaming in the United States due to the music rights for "Isn't It Romantic?", which is the tune Helen automatically plays on her electronic player piano.
