After meeting, Helen and Stan immediately shared a spark and set up a date for that same day. Helen was drawn to how handsome, charming, and sensitive he was. When she shared a story about her kitten running away when she was a child and how she put out a saucer of milk for him every night for a year, Stan cried. However, after a few more dates, Helen became tired of how emotional Stan was and considered breaking up with him until Brian told her he saw Stan out with an attractive redhead. Helen and Stan got back together when he arrived at Helen's house and cooked her dinner followed by him doing the dishes (The Key to Alex).
Helen and Stan stopped dating at some point for unknown reasons.
