Ted was the executive board member in charge of acquisitions at Clayton Industries. He was played by Steven Flynn.

Ted was an aspiring young executive and board member at Clayton Industries. As part of his duties as head of acquisitions, Ted brought Sandpiper Air to Mr. Clayton attention and recommended making Cord it's president. Believing the Cold would inevitably fail, Ted planned to step in with the seemingly spontaneous recommendation to use Sandpiper as a tax write-off. However, Helen overheard him reveal his plan in the men's room and arrived just in time to reveal Ted's plot everyone. Furious, Clayton ordered Ted to wait in his office for a private "Big Ugly" (Wingless (Part 3)).
