The Club Car is a popular bar and restaurant on Nantucket, often frequented by Joe Hackett, Brian Hackett, Helen Chapel and their friends and used as a hang-out and as a place to take their dates or to meet pick up potential dates. Helen was briefly conned into working there a night by a date who couldn't get off his shift there (Four Dates That Will Live in Infamy). Brian once tried to use the waitress to make Alex Lambert jealous, but he instead got beaten up by her husband (The Key to Alex).
